Zesty summer flavours burst into Bake Box

We’ve been busy in the kitchen. These last few weeks of warm weather have inspired us, and our latest tray bake is bursting with summer flavours. Please give a warm and sunny welcome to our lemon, blueberry and polenta cake.

Using the freshest of flavours, the zesty lemon meets the sweetest, juiciest blueberries to create an explosion of summer flavours. The polenta provides a deliciously light base for the latest addition to our gluten free range. The texture of the polenta provides the perfect base for the silky icing, topped with more lemon zest to give an attractive finish.

We are confident this is going to be a huge hit. Presented to our team of tasters on a warm, sunny day with some freshly brewed Earl Grey tea and the tray didn’t last long.

Each tray is divided into 14 slices equating to £0.82 per slice. On speaking to our customers, the average retail price is in the region of £2.20 per slice, giving you a potential profit of £1.38 per slice and £19.32 per tray. With the added benefit of being frozen, it means with Bake Box Wholesale products, you only take as much as you need out of the freezer ensuring little or no wastage. Taking only an hour to defrost it is easy to bring out products as and when they are required.
